At this price point, I believe the hotel is significantly overpriced, primarily due to its favorable location near the ski tracks. Unfortunately, their policies are not client-oriented. There is no cleaning service during your stay, no heating in the room, and no additional towels or robes provided for the SPA in the room. The Spa environment is far from relaxing, with water football matches in the swimming pool and kids frequently opening and closing the sauna door. Another drawback is the thin walls, allowing you to hear even other guests' snoring in adjacent rooms. While the breakfast and overall experience are acceptable, they fall short considering the high price.
Spa world one of the best pool and jakuzzi is from stainless with to many massage options, water in jakuzzi is hot like should be, pool water temperature was perfect, sauna world one of top there is 4 types of sauna, for kids very good Himalaya, I use traditional Finland sauna temperature 80-90 degrees, steam sauna, beautiful aquarium in relax room… also they have room for kids where kids can spend time with playing, also bar with chess, billiard… beer was not good crafted… breakfast are good many food options
New and shiny with great breakfasts. Note there is no bar, no restaurant other than breakfast and the set "obiado kolacje" between 4pm and 6pm. Note also that rooms are not serviced daily, only bins emptied and towels left on the floor swapped.
The staff are curteous and helpful. The location great for easy access to skiing, shops and restaurants. There's even a small pool, sauna and spa bath. We were the only non polish the week we stayed which adds to do the atmosphere.
Really good shower. Comfortable beds. No tea making facilities in room but available from dining room.
Loved it!!!!! The staff from the housekeeping, chef, waitress, reception team, handyman and so on.....really helpful, friendly and professional. Delicious food, good healthy options. Very good facilities, room, saunas, steam room , pool, jacuzzi, bawialnia :-), narciarnia all up to great standard.....very good location.
I felt comfortable, welcome, relaxed.....

Very clean and with the included breakfast and dinner it is worth it. The food was extremely good and everyone was very polite. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, shops and restaurants right under your nose. Close to the bus stop, from which you can travel e.g. to Zakopane for PLN 10.
Delicious breakfasts, large selection of meats, cheeses and salads. In addition, scrambled eggs and sausages. Additionally, pancakes, buns and cake. Everyone will find something for himself. As for the SPA zone, it's great. Quite a large swimming pool, in which you can use buttons to activate additional attractions, such as underwater water jets or a bench with bubbles.
The jacuzzi is really great, the saunas are also perfect. The only drawback is that there is no place to dry wet swimsuits or towels in the room, even though the radiators were turned off in mid-October.
But you can always use a hair dryer :)
I can honestly recommend this hotel. The service was nice, smiling and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfasts were very delicious. The wellness center is really well-kept for a small hotel and there is enough space for everyone. I recommend !!
